Order cancellations may be requested before the order is shipped or before it enters processing and assembly, whichever occurs first.
Cancellations are strictly not permitted once an order has been shipped.
An order cancellation fee of up to 2% shall be deducted on approved cancellations to cover payment gateway and transaction charges. No hidden or additional fees will be applied.
Approved refunds shall be processed within 3 working days via the original payment method, reflecting the final amount after applicable processing deductions. Bank or payment provider timelines may vary.
Orders are non-cancellable if they involve custom-built systems, workstations, bulk orders, specially procured products, or have already been processed and assembled.
All cancellation requests are subject to order status and management approval. Bitkart Retail LLP reserves the right to decline cancellations in cases of suspected misuse or suspicious activity.
