Refunds shall be initiated as per the Terms and Conditions decided and approved by the management of Bitkart Retail LLP.
An order cancellation fee of 2% shall be deducted for payments done before shipment.
All refunds, if approved, shall be done before shipment of the product, strictly.
Full refund or replacement shall be initiated only if the PC or the product is lost or damaged in transit, as all the orders are insured by Bitkart.
The final decision shall be at the sole discretion of the management of Bitkart Retail LLP.
